The refrigerated ice-cream displays PELICAN has been specifcally designed to ensure optimal preservation of artisan gelato, and at the same time to ensure perfect visibility.
Ventilated refrigeration with digital control, double glazed front and side glass with anti-fog ventilation ducts, second display inside the refrigerated chamber to monitor the temperature of the display area: these characteristics would be enough to make the PELICAN ice-cream displays at the top of the category. But we are still not satisfied, and highlighting how FRIGOPLANET is above all attention to the environment and sustainability, we bring to the table internal LED lighting with dedicated power control on the control unit, to illuminate the ice cream only when needed, and especially the R290 refrigerant gas, which has always been ozone layer friendly and with a very low global warming potential (GWP=3).
